Garden
From responsibly disposing of your garden rubbish to choosing pollinator-friendly plants, there are lots of ways to make your green-fingered efforts more environmentally friendly. Throw away thoughts of an untamed wildflower meadow - whether a window box, concrete jungle or manicured lawn. Everyone can get involved.

What can you do?
-
Choose flowers loved by pollinating insects to encourage bees, butterflies and beetles.
-
Pile up old bricks, rocks or wood in the corner of your garden to help bugs and insects flourish.
-
Put grass cuttings, fallen leaves and other clippings in your garden recycling bin or take to your local household recycling centre.
-
Swap your garden hose or sprinklers for a watering can.
